4. Account Registration

  • Visitor (non-logged-in user) data is automatically deleted from our servers daily.
  • For registered users, data is retained for a month and then automatically deleted from our servers. Users can also delete files and account termination via the profile page.
  • In the event of account termination, we will delete all user data immediately.

5. Data Storage and Security

  • Uploaded and processed spreadsheets are stored securely on our servers.
  • Access to these files is restricted to the user who uploaded them.
  • For visitors, files are automatically deleted from our servers periodically.
  • For registered users, files are retained unless the user deletes them or their account.

  • Users must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • The responsibility for the confidentiality of the account information lies with the user.
